The Scientific Center for Sustainable Development (SCSD) aims at linking scientific research on sustainable development to practical application in the country and intends to work on a holistic approach to produce and disseminate research findings covering the full range of relevant topics that concern the Economy, the Environment and the Society.
Towards contributing to effectively address the challenges of securing a sustainable future, SCSD’s endeavors will be supported by four Institutes: the Institute of Sustainable Governance & Policy, the Institute of Bioeconomy, the Institute of Responsible Consumption and the Institute of Education & Training
SCSD will be inviting scientists and experts to work together towards credible, economically and environmentally sustainable approaches. At the same time, it will encourage and promote national and international collaborations among all relevant stakeholders (industry, governmental bodies and social actors) with the aim of obtaining appropriate impetus, defining mutually agreed objectives and communicating the results of joint research efforts.
